2. Limited Educational Licence

Upon valid enrolment or authorised purchase, users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access educational materials for personal learning purposes only.

Permitted use includes:

  • Accessing course videos during the active enrolment period

Use Protected Branding Without Permission
The names Dignity in Care Academy, Dignity in Care Agency, and associated branding marks may not be used without written authorisation.

4. Enforcement and Remedies

Dignity in Care Academy reserves the right to investigate suspected unauthorised use or infringement.

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate termination of course or platform access

  • Revocation of certificates where appropriate

  • Denial of future enrolment

  • Contractual enforcement action

  • Civil legal remedies, including financial damages or injunctive relief where permitted by law

No refunds will be issued where access is terminated due to intellectual property violations.

5. Licensing and Institutional Use Requests

Healthcare facilities, educational institutions, agencies, and organisations seeking lawful licensing or authorised use of Dignity in Care Academy curriculum, training systems, or educational materials must obtain written permission.
